Page Mechanical Group, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee one or more development programs for customers, reporting to the Director of Program Management. You will drive cross‑functional collaboration across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain.

The role emphasizes delivering on time and within budget, leading customer reviews (QBRs), and maintaining profitability while adhering to ISO-based controls and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in contract manufacturing or high-technology environment (10 years preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical, business, or financial discipline.
• Previous program management experience required.
• Self-directed with excellent relationship and time management skills.
• Lean, Six Sigma or related continuous improvement processes experience.
• CPI, CRM or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Chair customer focus team meetings to define actions and drive requirements.
• Lead all phases of management for existing customers and interface with internal partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional department efforts to meet customer needs.
• Monitor department metrics and take necessary actions.
• Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements across responsibilities.
• Interface between multiple manufacturing sites and customers to align plans.
• Act as SAP super user for areas of responsibility.
• Support ISO-based quality controls and regulatory alignment.
• Manage QBRs and maintain profitability and backlog.
• Prepare activity reports and assist in negotiations on terms and conditions.
