Job summary

Benchmark Electronics is seeking a Program Manager to drive customer strategies from new product introduction through volume production. You will lead the customer focus team, manage relationships, and ensure successful product transitions while achieving high customer satisfaction and sales growth.

You will coordinate with supply chain, operations, and finance to align on pricing, delivery, and performance metrics, and you will prepare for executive reviews and strategic account planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer focus team (CFT) and monitor all activities.
• Act as primary day-to-day customer contact and manage relationships.
• Oversee new product introductions and NPI processes.
• Monitor S&OP, pricing, and ECO prioritization.
• Prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Ensure on-time delivery and alignment with contract terms.
