Job summary

RTX seeks a Program Manager for the Kobuk program within Space Protection and Control (SPC). You will oversee cost, schedule and technical performance, interfacing with the customer COTR/PM and leading a matrixed team to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.

You will develop the Annual Operating Plan and long-term forecast, support capture activities including proposals and cost estimates, and drive strategies to reduce cost, improve quality, and enhance competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with a strong background in program management.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance with EVMS/IMP/IMS.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agile lifecycle and new product development.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Kobuk program, owning cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Interface with customer COTR/PM and manage matrixed teams.
• Develop and present the Annual Operating Plan and long-term forecast.
• Support capture activities: proposals, cost estimating, gate reviews.
• Drive cost reduction, quality improvement, and competitiveness.
