Job summary

RTX is seeking a Programs Manager to execute the Sterling program within the Space Protection and Control area. You will lead cost, schedule, and technical performance, acting as the primary interface to the customer COTR/PM, and guide senior management with AOP planning and long-term forecasting.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in software development programs, Agile methods, and cross-functional leadership, with a proven ability to drive teams and manage complex baselines onsite

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 7–10 years in related work, or an Advanced Degree with at least 7 years of experience.
Experience with software development programs and agile lifecycles.
Active TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Owns cost, schedule, and technical performance of the Sterling program; primary customer interface (COTR/PM).
Develops and presents annual operating plan (AOP) and long-term outlook.
Leads capture activities, proposals, cost estimation, and gate reviews; guides strategy to reduce cost and improve quality.
