Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Program Manager to drive the Sterling program within Space Protection and Control. Located onsite in Aurora, CO, the role requires active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.

You will manage cost, schedule, and technical performance while interfacing with the customer COTR/PM and leading a large, matrixed team. You will develop the program annual operating plan and long-term financial outlook, support capture activities, and pursue modernization strategies to enhance

Qualifications

• University degree or higher with relevant experience.
• 10+ years of program management experience, or 7+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience with software development programs and Agile lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface to the customer COTR/PM and lead execution of the Sterling program.
• Drive cost, schedule, and technical performance, and manage multiple baselines and critical paths.
• Lead cross-functional teams, champion a positive culture, and drive modernization and innovation initiatives.
• Develop and present Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term financial outlook to senior management.
