Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Program Manager for Selling Partner Trust in Seattle, WA to lead cross-functional initiatives with policy, legal, product, and international teams. You will develop and execute strategy, drive data-driven improvements, and manage end-to-end delivery to protect sellers while sustaining customer trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional partnerships with policy teams, compliance, and other partner organizations to improve seller experience.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives balancing seller protection with customer trust; drive metrics and accountability to ETAs.
• Analyze seller feedback and metrics to optimize appeal processes and communicate results to senior leadership.
