Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Tech to lead scale and tooling for Selling Partner Trust. You will own the product roadmap, prioritize features for impact and risk, and drive cross-team collaboration to simplify the selling experience globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• 5+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product strategy and vision grounded in customer needs and analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve Selling Partner experience and translate into products with business impact.
• Own the product roadmap from concept to launch with ROI-driven prioritization.
• Write clear requirements and partner with engineering on design and delivery.
• Work with internal customers to understand use cases and pain points.
• Establish ownership and reporting mechanisms to keep teams accountable.
• Build cross-org mechanisms to drive visibility and execution.
• Communicate and evangelize product innovations to stakeholders.
