Qualifications

• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive policy and governance strategy enabling scalable Brand Protection enforcement.
• Lead cross-organizational initiatives to unify policy and align stakeholders.
• Manage lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and surface data-backed recommendations to leadership.
• Own strategic roadmaps for policy initiatives with clear prioritization.
• Drive stakeholder alignment while balancing risk and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Legal, Operations, Product, Science and others to resolve challenges.
• Communicate progress through narratives and presentations to executives and auditors.
• Adapt approach to shifting business needs and high-visibility work.
