Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Mental Health Aide II for Faulkner Place in SE Portland, OR. You will support adults with serious mental health challenges in a secure residential home, following individualized care plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires trauma-informed care, strong communication, and the ability to administer medications per orders. Evening and overnight shifts are included, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an approved behavioral science field or three years of mental health work experience.
• MHACBO credentialing must be current and in compliance.

Responsabilités

• Implement and monitor treatment plans as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide individual and group-based therapeutic interventions as directed by the treatment plan.
• Supervise residents in self-care, daily living tasks, and community integration.
• Administer medications per provider orders using MAR and document in EHR.
• Assist with crisis de-escalation and follow emergency protocols.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, safety regulations, and mandatory abuse reporting.
