Job summary

Omitron is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the single point of accountability for a secure data processing enclave (Red LAN) used to receive and distribute SDA data. This senior role oversees program performance, cost, schedule, and quality across the full period of performance.

The Program Manager reports to executive leadership and interfaces with the Government Contracting Officer, COR, and PMO, with escalation authority over transitions and milestones to ensure a clean transition into

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility; SAP access required or attainable.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical, engineering, or management discipline.
• 12+ years of relevant program/project management experience, including DoD or IC sustainment or mission operations contracts.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site, multi-classification domain programs.
• Proven track record of on-time, within-budget contract performance and successful transition management.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program management for all tasks, including process improvements and efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain project-level schedules, delivered monthly to the customer.
• Maintain accountability for the Quality Program Plan and service delivery against objectives.
• Update and present funds status, cost estimates, and actuals by CLIN monthly.
• Serve as primary interface to Government Contracting Officer, COR, and PMO; lead PMRs and represent Omitron in system meetings.
