Job summary

Occam Solutions seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a DoD data, analytics, cloud, and IT program supporting the Office of Naval Research (ONR). The PM will manage contract execution, schedule, risk, staffing, and stakeholder engagement, serving as the Government’s primary point of contact.

The role requires capacity to lead a multidisciplinary team covering cloud infra, AI/ML, data governance, software development, and security, with a DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years managing DoD/DoW IT service contracts.
• Must hold one of PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agilist.
• Experience as Project Manager on large contracts (> $5M) or teams >15.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team across cloud, data analytics, software, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and IT ops.
• Serve as primary Government point of contact and single point of accountability.
• Develop and execute PMP compliant with PWS/CDRL requirements.
• Manage risk, schedule, staffing, vendor relations, and performance against QASP.
