  • Prepare for and lead the transition kickoff meeting with the Government and the incumbent contractor.
Transition Monitoring and Reporting
  • Monitor transition progress daily against defined performance metrics, including milestone and activity progress, CDRL template preparation, HR onboarding, security clearance tracking, and facilities and property verification.
  • Present transition metrics at weekly Government transition status meetings.
Mission Operations Continuity
  • Ensure continuous, 24-hour receipt, processing, and distribution of data across the enclave.
  • Manage staffing strategy to transition the team to 24/7 operations, help desk and infrastructure support, and scale staffing for future growth.

  • Oversee IT infrastructure and network maintenance support.
  • Oversee operational hardware and software refresh activities.
Minimum Requirements

  • DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II or III certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP).
  • Familiarity with facilities and property accountability processes on a classified government contract.
Working Relationships
  • Reports to: Program Manager, Red LAN.
  • Manages: Sustainment staff supporting the transition and, thereafter, ongoing IT operations.
