Job summary

Omitron, Inc. seeks a Senior Computer Information Systems Manager to lead a critical transition and sustainment for a secure SDA data enclave (Red LAN). You will serve as the COR's point of contact on the transition schedule and guide the 90‑day Transition-In, ensuring 24/7 data receipt, processing, and distribution.

You will manage the sustainment staff, coordinate with program management, and oversee system and infrastructure operations post-transition, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years IT/information systems management experience; 5+ years in senior management on classified DoD/IC networks.
• Experience managing system transitions or IT operations across multi-site, multi-classification environments.
• Strong knowledge of RMF, ATO/ATC processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Government COR contact on transition schedule.
• Lead sustainment team through 90‑day Transition-In period.
• Monitor progress with defined metrics; present at status meetings.
• Oversee post-transition system and database administration and infrastructure maintenance.
