LaunchDarkly is seeking an experienced RevOps Program Manager in the United States to drive cross-functional initiatives, translate strategic priorities into structured programs, and deliver data-driven solutions that scale with the business.

You will own milestones and owners, establish governance and operating rhythms, manage risks and dependencies, and partner with sales, marketing, and product to align initiatives with company goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program/project management or operations, ideally in RevOps.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
