In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for our direct-to-disposition program, working at the intersection of product innovation, operations optimization, and supply chain transformation. You will collaborate with product managers, program managers, software developers, vendor managers, and internal and third-party operations stakeholders to build solutions that fundamentally change how we process returns. You will have end-to-end visibility across the return supply chain and the opportunity to innovate on behalf of our customers at scale.
Your day will be filled with strategic problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and innovative thinking. You'll navigate complex return supply chain challenges, design routing strategies, and work closely with diverse teams to implement transformative solutions that set new industry standards.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
