Job summary

Community Resources for Justice seeks a Program Manager to supervise the delivery of high-quality residential services in Westborough, MA. You will guide staff to deliver PBS-informed care, ensure comprehensive documentation, and coordinate with families, funders, and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities include staff hiring/training, on-call support, community integration, and ensuring compliance with state regulations while promoting client independence and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of management experience in Human Services preferred.
• Three years of experience with DD or ID populations; management experience preferred.
• Prior experience in residential treatment or community-based group homes preferred.
• Excellent writing skills for detailed reports.
• Excellent expressive language skills for 1:1 and group settings; adjust presentations.
• Excellent receptive language skills; listen actively.
• Ability to develop constructive working relationships and maintain them.
• Represent CRJ with funding sources, guardians, families and stakeholders.
• Ability to use conflict resolution techniques.
• Awareness of diversity importance.
• Ability to pass First Aid, CPR and all required trainings for Residential Counselors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises daily residential and program activities, including staff supervision and residence maintenance.
• Ensure high-quality residential services delivered within a team management approach.
• Apply Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS) principles in work with individuals and staff.
• Represent CRJ/CS in meetings with stakeholders and funders.
• Hire, train, supervise and manage program operations staff with focus on Residential Directors.
• Provide on-call support evenings and weekends for group homes.
• Organize community integration activities and communicate with families and coordinators.
• Maintain proper documentation in HCSIS and EMR systems; train staff accordingly.
• Manage program funds and supervise personal finances for individuals.
• Implement policies and procedures per MA regulations and CRJ practices.
