Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; management experience preferred.
• Two years of management experience in human services.
• Three years of experience with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities.
• Bilingual and bicultural encouraged.
• Prior experience in residential treatment and/or community-based group homes preferred.
• Excellent writing and reporting skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships with funders, families, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily residential and program activities, including staff supervision and residence maintenance.
• Ensure high-quality residential services within a team management approach.
• Apply Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS) principles in work with individuals and staff.
• Represent CRJ in meetings with funders, families, guardians, regulatory bodies, and agencies.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate program operations staff, focusing on Residential Directors.
• Provide on-call support evenings and weekends for group homes.
