Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Program Manager V to coordinate multi-site projects, craft detailed plans, and manage cross-functional teams across engineering, finance and marketing. You will present proposals to clients and ensure alignment with budgets and schedules.

Leadership experience, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio are required. Remote work flexibility is offered with a global client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple sites and cycles across locations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and create detailed plans to achieve goals.
• Present proposals and reports to clients.
• Recruit, assign and evaluate staff, ensuring staff competence.
• Analyze technology, resources, and market demand for feasibility.
• Discuss project specs with management, production, and marketing.
• Review and approve contracts and cost estimates.
• Direct and approve product designs and changes.
• Negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
