Job summary

This role involves managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all goals are met through detailed planning and integration of technical activities.Key Responsibilities* Coordinate projects, creating detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.* Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.* Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.* Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.* Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.* Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.* Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes.* Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.Required Qualifications* Multi-site program coordination experience, including running a repeating cycle on a fixed calendar across many locations, maintaining a global standard while handling local exceptions.* Experience with budget and procurement administration, including tracking spend against allocation, purchase requisitions, and compliance documentation across multiple stakeholders.* Demonstrated written communication and documentation discipline, with clear, timely, and leadership-legible written output and reliable follow-through across legal, finance, and communications.* Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.* Leadership and mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback.* Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.* Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.* Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.* Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.Preferred Qualifications* PMI or PMP certification.* Grants administration, community investment, or corporate philanthropy background.* Experience with AI tooling applied to program data, reporting, and analysis.* CRM and program-tracking platform experience (Salesforce or similar). *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
