Job summary

Leidos is seeking an accomplished Senior Program Manager to lead the DCPDS program, directing operations, sustainment, modernization, and lifecycle management for a mission-critical HR platform across DoD and non-DoD customers.

The PM will integrate operations, cybersecurity, testing, contracts, and financial performance while maintaining customer confidence and pursuing growth opportunities, with remote work allowed near the Mark Center in Alexandria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or master's with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing complex IT, software, application sustainment, or enterprise technology programs.
• Experience briefing senior Government and corporate executives.
• Must have a current Public Trust Clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall DCPDS program performance across operations, sustainment, modernization, and lifecycle management.
• Serve as Leidos' senior program authority and primary interface with Government program leadership and contracting officials.
• Integrate operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, testing, and modernization while maintaining production stability.
• Drive disciplined execution, risk management, governance, and on-contract growth opportunities.
