Job summary

Leidos’ Digital Sector seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the CDES Engineering & Program Management Support program for the DISA. The role is primarily based at Fort Meade, MD with telework up to 25% depending on mission needs.

You will interface with DISA leadership and Leidos stakeholders to ensure successful execution in a fast-paced environment. The position requires hands-on leadership across the program lifecycle, strong financial oversight, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years.
• 4+ years of experience supervising or leading technical teams, programs, or projects.
• Experience as a Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Task Order Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent delivery leader with direct accountability for program execution.
• Experience managing the financial performance of Government contracts, including forecasting, revenue, operating income, and margin.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and operate effectively with Government leadership.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain/maintain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Leidos Program Manager and primary customer interface, establishing trusted relationships with DISA leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain responsibility for program execution, financial performance, schedule, staffing, technical delivery, quality, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide active, hands-on leadership to ensure teams understand priorities, dependencies, risks, and required outcomes.
• Lead a multidisciplinary organization across program management, systems engineering, cybersecurity, technology integration, and operations.
• Partner with the customer to translate mission needs into executable plans and align resources accordingly.
• Lead the full technology lifecycle from requirements definition to deployment, sustainment, and modernization.
• Ensure technical teams apply sound engineering and delivery fundamentals including architecture, testing, and cybersecurity.
