Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the DCPDS, a mission-critical DoD HR system. The role spans operations, sustainment, modernization, and lifecycle management, with accountability to Government leadership and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate combines executive-level program management with deep technical understanding of enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and complex system interfaces, ensuring stable production and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience; additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 7+ years of experience managing complex IT, software, application sustainment, or enterprise technology programs.
• Demonstrated experience briefing senior Government and corporate executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall DCPDS program performance across operations, sustainment, modernization, and lifecycle management.
• Serve as Leidos' senior program authority and primary interface with Government leadership and key stakeholders.
• Integrate operations, sustainment, infrastructure, cybersecurity, testing, and modernization to balance stability with growth.
• Drive disciplined execution with integrated schedules, metrics, risks, and financial performance.
• Own program financials, staffing, scope, and contractual obligations with clear reporting to leadership.
• Shape the DCPDS strategic roadmap and identify follow-on opportunities for continued modernization.
