The Boeing Company in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Rapid Space Capabilities proprietary program. You will lead program management, drive strategy, manage resources, and oversee technical approaches to deliver mission-focused optical test and evaluation activities for government and commercial customers.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years in leadership, 5+ years cross-functional project leadership, and experience with Earn Value Management.

Formación

  • Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
  • U.S. Citizenship required for program access.
  • Bachelor degree or higher or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in a leadership role.
  • 5+ years leading projects that require integration across business units and/or multiple functions.

Senior Program Manager - Proprietary Program Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager - Proprietary Program (Level M) to join the Rapid Space Capabilities Program Management team in Albuquerque, NM! The Senior Manager will ensure safe, reliable, and mission-focused optical test, operations, and evaluation activities supporting government and commercial customers. This role combines program management, technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and facility stewardship.

Position Responsibilities
  • Manages employees and mid-level managers performing business management activities in the area of Program Management
  • Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
  • Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers
Basic Qualifications
  • This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
  • (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
  • This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.
  • Bachelor degree or higher or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years performing in a leadership role.
  • 5+ years of experience leading projects that require integration across business units and/or multiple functions.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Earn Value Management (EVM).
  • Experience preparing and presenting executive level briefings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or higher.
  • Directly participates in establishing, managing and administering multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience in developing and managing technical, cost, and schedule metrics and technical performance measures (TPM).
