Responsible for cost, schedule, technical, and risk management for spacecraft assembly, integration, and test. Developing and maintaining earned value baselines and status performance to plan. Leading required resources from engineering, operations, quality, material management, and supply chain to execute per allocated baselines. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement lean, optimize production, and identify opportunities for savings. Performing reviews, gate closures, project close-out activities, and document lessons learned for incorporation into hardware catalog, future project plans, and roadmaps. Develops and uses collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals. Builds rapport and trust among stakeholders and leverages the organization's dynamics to promote program goals by focusing on a shared vision. This position is expected to 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in El Segundo, CA. This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required).
