Lead Design and Analysis Engineer Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security is hiring a Lead Design and Analysis Engineer in Berkeley, MO. Join a fast-paced Phantom Works program responsible for integrating highly complex system-of-systems mission capabilities across sensors, mission management, communications, networks, and weapons/effector interfaces. This role is for a senior technical contributor who will shape and lead the integration of multiple subsystems and external sources into cohesive tactical mission capabilities that perform reliably in operational environments. You will lead the definition, architecture, integration, and verification of mission solutions spanning payloads, distributed sensors, datalinks, mission management functions, and payloads. This position requires deep systems engineering expertise, strong SysML/MBSE capability, real-time and embedded integration experience, and the ability to influence technical direction across programs and disciplines.
