Job summary

Divcon, headquartered in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive accountability and consistent execution across its project management organization. This onsite role in Irving, TX reports to the SVP of Operations and collaborates with executives and cross-functional partners to uphold PM standards and deliver portfolio-wide results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of construction/project management or program management experience.
• Experience with senior project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of PM standards, procedures, and reporting.
• Ability to drive accountability and follow-through across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for project management accountability across teams.
• Monitor adherence to PM processes, standards, and reporting.
• Identify overdue or noncompliant activities and drive resolution.
• Maintain visibility into schedules, documentation, and risk reviews.
• Track commitments from leadership reviews to completion.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Support rollout of new PM processes, tools, and initiatives.
• Coordinate withEngineering, Finance, Safety, HR, and Supply Chain.
• Provide concise risk updates to the SVP of Operations.
• Lead special projects and process-improvement initiatives.
