Job summary

Divcon in Dallas, TX is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to drive accountability and standardized project delivery across its data center portfolio. You will monitor PM processes, escalate issues, and maintain dashboards for leadership visibility.

Reporting to the SVP of Operations, you will collaborate with Project Executives, Senior PMs, and cross-functional partners to ensure adherence to standards, improve execution, and rollout new workflows across Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of related experience in construction project management, program management, project controls, or operational excellence.
• Experience with data center, BAS/BMS, MEP, electrical, HVAC controls, or mission-critical construction environments preferred.
• Experience working with senior project leadership and driving accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project-management standards, procedures, reporting, and portfolio-level tracking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SVP of Operations' liaison for project management accountability and execution across teams.
• Monitor adherence to PM processes, standards, and reporting.
• Identify overdue or noncompliant activities and follow up with leaders to resolve.
• Maintain visibility into schedules, documentation, financials, risk reviews, and approvals.
• Track commitments and action items from reviews, audits, and leadership meetings.
• Identify recurring gaps and escalate issues to leadership.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership visibility on adherence and risks.
• Support rollout of new PM processes, tools, and initiatives.
• Partner with executives to address gaps and improve delivery practices.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Safety, HR, and Supply Chain.
• Provide updates on risks and missed commitments to the SVP.
• Lead special projects and process-improvement initiatives.
