Job summary

Divcon in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive accountability and consistent execution across its project management organization, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations. You will liaise with Project Executives, Senior Project Managers, and cross-functional partners to uphold standards and ensure timely delivery.

You will monitor processes, identify gaps, maintain dashboards and schedules, and escalate issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5+ years of related construction/project management experience.
• Experience with data center, BAS/BMS, MEP or mission-critical builds preferred.
• Experience working with senior project leadership to drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SVP of Operations' primary liaison for accountability and execution.
• Monitor adherence to project management processes and company standards.
• Identify overdue, incomplete, or noncompliant activities and drive resolution.
• Maintain dashboards, schedules, and risk reviews for leadership visibility.
• Track commitments and actions from reviews and audits to completion.
• Escalate recurring issues to leadership when needed.
• Develop reporting tools to support portfolio-level visibility.
• Support rollout of new project management tools and standards.
