Job summary

Divcon seeks an Operational Excellence Specialist to drive accountability across project management, ensuring adherence to standards and timely execution. You will liaise with SVP of Operations, project executives, and cross-functional partners for portfolio-wide impact.

The role emphasizes monitoring processes, surfacing risks, and rolling out PM improvements across data-center projects, reporting, and governance. This is an onsite position in Irving, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field experience.
• 5+ years in construction/project management or operations.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical construction preferred.
• Ability to drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for project management accountability and execution.
• Monitor adherence to processes, standards, and reporting.
• Identify overdue or noncompliant activities and follow up.
• Maintain visibility into schedules, docs, finances, risks.
• Track actions from reviews and audits to completion.
• Elevate recurring gaps to the SVP of Operations.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Support rollout of new PM processes, tools, initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, safety, HR, supply chain.
• Provide concise updates on risks and commitments to leadership.
• Lead special projects and process-improvement initiatives.
