Job summary

Tempo Software is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Product Operations team. You will be the connective tissue behind Tempo’s most ambitious product initiatives—from launches to platform releases.

This high-visibility role requires strategic thinking and sharp execution across multiple departments. You will influence without direct authority, track readiness and adoption, and drive programs from scoping through delivery.

Qualifications

Ability to lead large, cross-functional programs in a tech/SaaS environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management across engineering, product, and exec teams.
Fluency with AI tools to streamline program updates, reports, and risk management.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program management for large-scale product initiatives.
Build and maintain master program plans with milestones and dependencies.
Facilitate alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Monitor readiness and adoption across customer- and partner-facing workstreams.
Identify risks early and define contingency plans.
Define success criteria and report progress to leadership.
Lead post-launch retrospectives and drive continuous improvement.
