• 7+ years of program or project management experience, including ownership of companywide initiatives.
• Direct experience partnering with executives and presenting to leadership.
• Proven track record turning ambiguous programs into measurable outcomes in fast-growth settings.
• Operational rigor; design systems and processes that endure.
• Strong analytical skills to translate messy data into direction for leaders.
• Excellent communication and prudent stakeholder judgment for sensitive work.
• Builder mindset with bias for action; aligns with Perplexity's ethos.

Responsibilities

• Own Perplexity's most consequential talent programs end-to-end, from mandate to shipped outcome.
• Partner with executives and recruiting leadership to define program owners, milestones, and accountability.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across Recruiting, People, Finance, and business leads.
• Design operating cadence: planning cycles, prioritization, reporting rhythms, executive updates.
• Build systems, tooling, and workflows to scale recruiting; automate repetitive work.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to turn hiring data into fast decisions.
• Anticipate risk on high-visibility programs and drive to resolution under pressure.
• Set a high bar for program excellence and codify repeatable playbooks.
