Tempo Software is seeking a passionate software developer to join the engineering team, contributing to Tempo Timesheets, Capacity Planner, and Financial Manager for Jira Cloud. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, QA engineers, and technical writers to deliver high-quality, scalable features that solve real customer problems.

The role emphasizes autonomy, strong API design, and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent code

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial software development (SaaS preferred).
• Strong expertise in TypeScript/React and server-side Java/Kotlin.
• Experience architecting scalable web apps and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Write efficient frontend and backend code in a cross-functional team.
• Create unit/integration tests and review peers' code.
• Collaborate with product/design/QA/writers to maintain Atlassian plugins used by customers.
