Qualifications

• 10 years in frontline operational roles OR 3 years in an operational leadership role.
• Engineering degree in Chemical or process engineering.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and release plan based on market and customer guidance.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and customers to address market needs.
• Support engineering teams to ensure products meet quality standards.
