Job summary

Elbit America, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager III focusing on Program Management Excellence (PMX) in Finance. This role supports bid, proposal, and planning phases, building robust PM plans, PMB, risk plans, and mitigation strategies while coaching project teams.

You will work across programs, drive best practices, and train teams on enterprise tools and processes. A strong background in EVMS and DFARS is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is required.
• Master degree preferred.
• PMP certification is required or preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.
• Experience with EVMS and program management processes.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams through the proposal process for program start-up excellence.
• Implement EVMS through consistent processes and enterprise-level training.
• Conduct Risk Identification workshops and support risk management.
• Help Program Managers analyze budgets, risks, and resources.
• Audit projects to ensure alignment with plans and standards; develop corrective actions.
• Identify best practices and opportunities for improvement in program management.
• Share lessons learned and build stakeholder relationships across programs.
• Provide coaching to Elbit America Program Managers.
• Execute approved plans and collaborate with internal organizations.
