KAIROS, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the contracted effort. The role requires onsite work at Webster Outlying Field, St. Inigoes, MD, with responsibilities for directing contractor performance and deliverables.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s plus experience) and 10+ years of program leadership, with readiness to address technical and project-related issues. Clearance required or achievable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Technical, Business, CS, or IT.
• 10+ years of experience leading and managing contracted efforts.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain a government security clearance (Active Secret).

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and supervises contractor personnel for efficient program operations.
• Oversees production of all contract/subcontract activities, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets.
• Maintains and updates Staffing Plan.
• Creates detailed breakdowns of funding per CLIN/SLIN/ACRN.
