Job summary
KAIROS, Inc. is seeking an energetic Logistics and Sustainment Analyst, Senior, to join our team on site at Pax River, MD.
The candidate will perform life cycle logistics analysis, planning, monitoring, and solutioning to improve readiness and affordability for platforms and programs. The role interfaces with government and contractor personnel to complete processes from requirements through disposal, develops executive reports, dashboards, and briefings, and supports IPS elements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of Experience with NAVAIR and DoD sustainment-related systems.
- Experience supporting Naval Aviation including aircraft and subsystems.
- Experience with IPS analysis, O&S analysis, and logistics readiness reporting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Logistics and Sustainment SME supporting logistics, readiness, and aviation readiness initiatives.
- Conduct organizational studies to improve operational efficiency and sustainment performance.
- Develop and evaluate cost analyses, LCCE, and BCA to support readiness and affordability.
- Develop executive reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
