KAIROS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Schedule Analyst to join our team. You will develop and maintain complex project schedules using Microsoft Project, integrating multiple workstreams and vendors into a master schedule.

The role emphasizes WBS development, critical path analysis, and schedule health metrics. Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders is essential. A government security clearance is required or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Project in a scheduling role similar to NAVAIR environments.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules with WBS and baselines.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder updates and meetings.
• Ability to analyze schedule health using float, critical paths and baselines.
• Familiarity with Integrated Master Schedule concepts and EVMS basics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multiple project schedules including vendor schedules in a single master plan.
• Lead schedule development and status meetings with stakeholders.
• Analyze schedule progress and deviations against plan.
• Perform schedule variance analysis and produce standard reports.
