Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in program management
• Experience in program or capture management
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance using EVMS/IMS
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Active and transferable Secret clearance prior to start date

Responsibilities

• Define program tasks and milestones and monitor adherence to budgets, plans, cost, schedule, and performance
• Manage profit and loss, AOP development and execution, and program EACs
• Lead by example and champion program management best practices for production
• Coordinate and align interactions with customers and other performing parties
• Set program priorities and manage gates and major reviews with the customer
• Support proposals and on-contract growth initiatives
• Change management and implementing ECP-driven changes
• Interface with stakeholders and government customers
• Travel up to 20% for domestic engagements
