Mom Corps seeks a Senior Program Manager for a 6-month contract in the financial services sector. The role may extend or convert for a strong performer, with onsite work in multiple US locations and meetings aligned to Eastern Time.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, PMP and/or Agile credentials, and CSM, plus 15+ years managing large-scale programs in financial services. Cross-functional leadership and vendor management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP and/or Agile certification, and CSM.
• 15+ years of experience managing large-scale programs in financial services or banking.
• Ability to work in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Proven track record of delivering programs on time, within scope and within budget.

Responsabilités

• Develops overall project strategy in partnership with the portfolio lead and stakeholders.
• Creates holistic project plans across business lines, tech, and vendors.
• Organizes project teams and assigns responsibilities with required resources.
• Develops budgets and reports actuals with finance and business.
• Monitors status and reports issues and risks clearly to leadership.
• Prepares executive materials for steering committees and leadership.
• Oversees vendor resources and ensures quality of deliverables.
• Liaises across cross-functional leadership to align efforts.
