Job summary

You will coordinate internal and external teams, track milestones, risks, and deliverables, and ensure stakeholder commitments are visible and on track through structured governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project-management, program-coordination, or technical program experience in medical-device or similar regulated industry.
• Experience supporting complex cross-functional programs with internal teams and external partners.
• Knowledge of medical-device development processes, design controls, risk management, V&V, and regulatory documentation.
• Ability to develop and maintain program plans, trackers, dashboards, risk registers, action logs, and documentation repositories.
• Strong communication with technical, clinical, financial, operational, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the externally partnered program plan and schedule with stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility into work in progress, blockers, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Coordinate program and partner meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and assign actions.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and documentation expectations.
• Gather evidence of technical progress and milestones for program reviews and updates.
• Translate complex progress into clear program-level communications for leadership.
• Identify blockers and mitigation actions early and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate invoice support and recurring financial documentation with Finance and partners.
• Maintain organized program records including minutes, logs, and dashboards.
• Support integration of program execution into Magnendo's product development framework.
