Magnendo Corp. in Newton, MA is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead the company’s program-management function and drive integrated development of our endovascular robotics platform through prototype, first-in-human readiness, and MVP stages.

You will translate ambitious product goals into practical plans, align multi-disciplinary teams, manage multi-million dollar budgets, establish readiness gates, and report progress with clear dashboards to executives.

Competenze

• 10+ years in program-management within medical devices or regulated industries.
• Experience leading long, multi-disciplinary development programs.
• Experience integrating hardware and software in capital equipment.
• Strong knowledge of design controls, risk management, and regulatory readiness.
• PM certification (PMP/PMI-ACP) or equivalent training.

• Build and lead Magnendo’s program-management function with a framework for disciplined execution.
• Maintain an integrated master schedule with milestones, owners, and dependencies.
• Align technical and functional leaders across the program.
• Establish readiness criteria, gates, and evidence of progress.
• Lead program reviews and ensure risk and milestone reporting are robust.
• Coordinate external partners and manage a Senior Project Manager.
