Job summary

Amazon is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for the ORBIT PMO to own and scale the Network of Operations portfolio across NA Last Mile. The role drives OP1/OP2 planning, governance, and seasonal readiness, partnering with Last Mile Tech, Fleet, Safety, ACES and Finance to automate reviews and enforce standards.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in program management, strong data-driven decision making, and the ability to communicate results to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of OP1/OP2 calendar and deadlines with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive BEAM governance and change management processes, tracking completion and communications.
• Lead Page 0 Automation and PMO Dashboard initiatives with BI Engineers.
• Facilitate Weekly and Daily Business Reviews, driving action item closure rates.
• Develop and maintain standards with the Wiki of SOPs for Network of Operations.
