Job summary

ORBIS Inc. seeks a Deputy Program Manager to support the Major Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and PAPMs in executing planned and emergent tasks with timely, high-quality, cost-efficient deliverables across divisions.

You will consolidate sensor data, coordinate with Navy and government offices, forecast events, and draft briefings and POM papers. The role requires converting data into actionable reports and visuals for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting major program management tasks and deliverables.
• Knowledge of Navy/DOD policy and guidance is preferred.
• Ability to develop, review, and comment on program documentation and briefing materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Major Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and PAPMs in executing planned and emergent tasks.
• Coordinate program support with Navy and government offices, field activities, and contractors.
• Forecast events, propose COAs, and prepare draft deliverables for program needs.
• Develop and maintain technical data, reports, briefings, and POM papers.
• Create spreadsheets, metrics, graphics, and presentation material for tasking.
