Job summary

KBR, Inc. in the Washington DC metro area (McLean, VA) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a government IT/defense contract. The PM will serve as the primary liaison with the government, manage deliverables, budgets, and staffing, and guide technical teams through complex projects in national security contexts.

The role requires current active Top Secret/Sci clearance, and a strong background in enterprise IT program management with experience in defense or IC environments.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or higher in Business or STEM fields.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or STEM allowed.
• High school diploma with extended experience specified.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact to Government customer on program and technical issues.
• Plan, direct, and schedule timely and successful completion of the contract effort.
• Prepare and submit all contract-deliverable items.
• Direct control over the contractor team and technical guidance to the project team.
• Maintain administrative oversight including time accounting, and cost tracking.
• Prepare SOPs, protocols, and other technical documentation.
• Supervise, support, and evaluate multidisciplinary personnel.
