Job summary

KBR in Northern Virginia seeks a highly qualified Program Manager to provide daily program management and oversight for all contract tasks with a government customer. The PM will lead the contractor team, ensure deliverables meet budgets and SOW, and drive technical leadership across the program.

Qualified candidates hold active TS/SCI clearance, advanced degrees in Business or STEM with significant experience, and demonstrate strong financial and personnel management skills for defense-related

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Business or STEM with 6+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or STEM with 8+ years of experience.
• High school diploma with 12 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact to the Government on program and technical issues.
• Plan, direct, and schedule the timely and successful accomplishment of the effort described in the SOW.
• Submit all items to be delivered under this contract.
• Direct control over the Contractor team.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team; direct analysis and solutions of problems.
• Provide management services including general administrative oversight, time accounting, financial tracking, cost projection, inventory management, personnel evaluation, and support.
• Prepare and be accountable for all contract deliverables.
• Assist in the technical leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary staff.
• Prepare and approve SOPs, protocols, and other technical documentation.
• Able to supervise, manage, support, and evaluate personnel.
