Job summary

KBR is seeking a Deputy Program Manager in the DMV area to lead and support government services projects under the IDIQ program. This senior role requires a decisive, collaborative leader who can manage contractor personnel, coordinate with the Program Manager, and ensure delivery, risk mitigation, cost control, and customer satisfaction onsite 100%.

Qualifications

• Must possess a TS/SCI with Poly Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Engineering plus 10 years in management roles.
• PMP Certification required.
• Personnel management with strong oral and written communication.
• Knowledge of project management concepts for cost, schedule, risk and deliverables.
• Experience with crisis management or customer exercises is a plus.
• Willingness to operate in a 24/7/365 environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and management of contractor personnel on all Task Orders.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager on contract matters and daily operations.
• Monitor cost, schedule, inventory and performance; take corrective action as needed.
• Clarify contract requirements and ensure qualified personnel fulfill them.
• Communicate with customer to manage expectations and maintain satisfaction.
• Oversee Transition Plan, PMP implementation, and environmental health and safety functions.
• Interface with CO, COTR and government leadership.
