Job summary

KBR, with on-site location in Beavercreek, OH, is seeking a Program Manager to support the Simulator Division and Air Force customers. You will coordinate staff actions, manage cost, schedule and risk, and drive execution across multiple stakeholders in a high-stakes defense environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 15 years in program management with DoD/USAF experience, plus an Active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, Construction Management, or related field.
15 years of program management experience, 8+ years in DoD/USAF or similar government programs.
Active Secret security clearance.
Experience coordinating across multiple organizations or stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

Lead program execution across AFLCMC/WIH and AFGSC, managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
Serve as Staff Action Officer coordinating taskings and leadership communications.
Develop, route, track, and close staff packages per USAF processes.
Facilitate collaboration across engineering, logistics, acquisition, security, and operations.
Coordinate activities across AFLCMC, AFGSC, and mission partners for timely execution.
Support planning and execution of facilities, infrastructure, and mission systems programs.
Assist with requirements development, documentation, and planning.
Participate in design reviews and cross-functional meetings.
Identify risks and issues; prepare briefings and status materials for leadership.
