KBR, Inc. is seeking a highly capable Technical Program Manager to join the Architecture and Systems Engineering group in Dayton, OH (onsite). The role focuses on cost, schedule, performance, and risk management for GRAs that enable advanced sensor capabilities for Air Force and partners.

Experience in agile development and stakeholder management is key. The position requires leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and delivering open architecture

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science is a technical field.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• 3+ years in technical execution.
• 5+ years of technical program management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk for contractual activities.
• Lead multi-disciplinary team to deliver government reference architectures.
• Engage with stakeholders to incorporate feedback into ASE products.
• Support Agile development of Government Reference Architectures and standards.
• Develop tactical execution plans with agile management for industry consortium.
• Identify risk and implement mitigation plans.
