Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in acquisition or program management with focus on schedule, cost, and performance.
• Experience leading diverse cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Aeronautics, Applied Math, Logistics, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Active Secret with SAP/SAR eligibility; Top Secret eligible.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, or evaluate solutions for project/program efforts.
• Track actions, manage taskers, and support governance boards to maintain cadence.
• Provide guidance on requirements for autonomous system programs and lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentor team members and ensure alignment with government priorities and long-term mission goals.
• Support acquisition planning, documentation, and milestone decisions across programs.
