Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Program / Project Management Specialist to support a Government Program Office at Peterson Space Force Base.

You will serve as a key liaison between Government leadership, cross-functional teams, and contractor staff to ensure effective execution of mission priorities and strategic initiatives. The role requires exceptional communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to engage senior officials and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience supporting Government customers or military organizations.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Government leadership, PMOs, General Officers, senior executives, and mission partners.
• Initiate communication across directorates and collaborate with Team Leads to align priorities, requirements, resources, and deliverables.
• Assist Government leadership to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and assign projects in support of objectives.
• Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, action items, and dependencies for senior leader awareness.
• Prepare and present executive briefings, status reports, dashboards, and decision support materials.
• Monitor risks and issues; escalate concerns and implement mitigation strategies.
